Marcia Pilgeram is a consultant and private chef who has made creations featured on magazine covers, published recipes in Bon Appetit, judged food competitions, and currently tests recipes for Leite’s Culinaria in Chicago. Her culinary experiences range from cooking for a dozen ranch hands in Montana to honing her ravioli techniques in Italy. Her love of wine and cuisine comes naturally as her family tended an orchard in Oregon. Marcia looks forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for the great food and wine of the Northwest region.
