Leslie is a naturalist based out of Big Sky, Montana where she guides hiking and cross country ski tours. She has a B.S. in biology, and her fieldwork with the research division of Yellowstone National Park has given her a strong knowledge base as well as a deep love and respect of the park. After years in Yellowstone, she spent four summers in Glacier National Park where she was a naturalist and was involved with a long-term grizzly bear study. Leslie’s expertise lies in birding, edible and medicinal plants, and wildlife observation. Leslie has led several previous Smithsonian tours, and she is looking forward to introducing you to the splendor of Yellowstone.
